Every ending is a new beginning (2025 recap)

I don’t know if it’s really possible to put this year into words, but here’s a quick round-up from my little corner of the multiverse:

• facilitated group healing sessions in Asia, Europe, throughout New York City, and virtually

• was deeply honored to teach my first two cohorts of Reiki I & II students—and officially became a Reiki Master TEACHER

• collaborated with a bunch of beautiful witches

• completed breathwork certification

• read 28 books (but did not quite reach my goal of having the majority of my reading authored by the global majority, i.e. BIPOC—trying again for 2026!)

• launched two community book clubs

• practiced intentional micro-activism

• gave 1-on-1 Energetic Well Readings and Reiki sessions virtually and in the Philippines and NYC

• released my debut album, The Remembering, in collaboration with Nicolas Espinosa Pautaso
