Reiki is a gentle healing technique that creates space to bring you back to an optimal state of vitality. In this session, we co-create energetic balance, promoting deep calm, relaxation, and clarity.
Reiki can either be done in-person or sent from a distance since it is an energy that transcends the constraints of space and time.
Studies have shown that Reiki treatments can significantly reduce stress and anxiety and can also help with pain and depression.
Sessions are available in-person in Manhattan (Chelsea), Queens (Astoria), and virtually.

We’ll meet for about one hour total, allowing for discussion and consultation at the beginning, and integration and questions at the end of each session. Your time lying down (or in a supported seat, if preferred) will be about 45 minutes.

There are no contraindications to reiki. And it is not possible for reiki to cause harm in any way.

Reiki sessions are fully clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing. You’ll want to remove your shoes, as well.

No preparation is required. However, you may want to avoid having a heavy meal beforehand. For a distance reiki session, you’ll want to be in a comfortable and quiet private space.
