1-on-1 Offerings at Element Retreat
Energetic Well Reading
In this signature soul-nourishing session, you’ll be guided to rediscover the deep energetic wellspring of healing held within—landing you closer to a grounded state of alignment, balance, and clarity.
Through intentionally weaving together the timeless wisdom of your soul’s path (the akashic records), energetic balancing (reiki), and frequency healing (sound therapy), we’ll connect to the guidance that is meant to help you navigate through any issues, questions, or repeated patterns that you may be consciously or subconsciously experiencing.
Exchange: $275 USD
Reiki
Reiki is subtle medicine that will calm your nervous system and so much more. This nurturing healing technique gently creates space to bring you back to an optimal state of vitality. In this session, we co-create energetic balance, promoting deep calm, relaxation, and clarity.
Studies have shown that Reiki treatments can significantly reduce stress and anxiety and can also help with pain and depression.

About The Energetic Well
Jo-Anne Suriel, The Energetic Well, is a compassionate catalyst for transformation. With expertise in the akashic records, reiki, and sound therapy, her grounded approach to healing guides you back to the infinite wellspring of your own inner wisdom.
As a daughter of immigrants from the Dominican Republic and the Philippines, she knows intimately the multidimensional meaning of fortitude.
After, two decades of professional work in technology, education, and finance, Jo-Anne found the courage to follow her heart and become an energetic guide to others walking a path of self-discovery toward true wellness.
She is a skilled weaver of the down-to-earth practical and the deeply mystical with an Ivy League MBA and apprenticeship with world-renowned spiritual healers.
In addition to teaching reiki and sound healing, Jo-Anne offers 1-on-1 and group healing sessions virtually and in-person in New York City. She has led corporate wellness workshops for organizations like The Bronx Defenders, Google, and New York City Public Schools, and has facilitated transformative healing experiences throughout the globe.
The Energetic Well’s debut LP, The Remembering, has been called a “balm for the current collective overwhelm… with songs that call us back home to ourselves, our bodies, and the earth.”
