Roar into balance

I used to work 2 blocks from where a tragic shooting took place on Monday here in NYC.

Telling my kid about it—I figured there might be talk at camp—I said that it was an “isolated incident.” Reflecting back, I see that this is both true and not true…

Mostly, it’s not true.

Being on a spiritual path for over 30 years has shown me that I still have much to learn.

But one important thing that I’ve learned is that everything is connected.

We are all connected.

Your joy is also my joy.

Your pain is also my pain.

And the deep imbalance experienced by our current cultural paradigm is not limited to “certain groups” of people. We are all affected by this collective disharmony, which more accurately could be called insanity.

It is so clear, that the time has come for a collective shift back into balance.

So, how do we do this?

There are many ways to return to equilibrium. The word “balance” may conjure up images of stillness like a tranquil pond and this indeed can be emblematic of equanimity.

However, it may also be that we’re in a moment that requires rising up and roaring.

Owning your voice.

Owning your emotions.

Owning your true essence.

This opens a clear path towards healing.

When you heal yourself, that frequency of wholeness radiates outwards, entraining a vibration of balance to your circle of loved ones, your communities, your nation-states, and beyond.

Beloved, it’s time to roar back into balance.

It may seem like a trivial thing to join a Zoom call and sing in Song Circle, but this gathering creates a powerful shift in your consciousness, which ripples outward to help elevate the collective consciousness.

I hope you’ll join us on the next full moon to reclaim balance within and without. No experience necessary and all are welcome.
