Say What You Want to Say
You probably don’t realize how many times you censor yourself throughout the day. Perhaps suppressing your thoughts for one good reason or another. Worrying if your words will land. If they’ll be misconstrued or misunderstood.
It happens to all of us.
But so many of us have also internalized the lie that our voices don’t matter.
Or that if you speak, you will “pay for it” somehow.
How many sacred voices have been suppressed?
Yes, your voice is sacred.
What if you understood that your voice has the power to heal? Through your words, the frequency of your organic sound, as well as your written transmissions.
What would the world look like if each and every one of us knew that our voices mattered? That it is safe and necessary to share what is resonant in your heart? And that your holy communication may be the balm that is needed for another’s deep-seated wound?
Your numinous words can be the arrow that disrupts the discordant status quo and points the way toward a more joyful and sustainable existence.
When you say what you want to say, you create space for balance and harmony. Even if it’s simply a small compliment, an observation expressed aloud, or a supportive offering of feedback, your voice can shift frequencies. Your humble words can be a beacon of light in someone’s time of darkness.
It can be as easy as saying, “Good Morning.”
