I’m feeling deeply renewed back home in NYC after spending sacred time in Italy on a transformative spiritual retreat and on holiday with my family.

How is it possible to nurture peace and harmony when the world feels so full of tumultuousness and discord? I don’t have all the answers… but I’ve received one.

We are social beings. Even though the last few years have been full of challenges, my heart is also full of gratitude for the many intentional gatherings that have taken place—in-person and over the energetic waves.
