The wisdom of harmony
How are you doing?
Do you need a moment to inhale?
And another moment to exhale?
Let’s do that together—inhale.
And exhale.
Recently, I’ve been teaching yoga and mindfulness to a group of elementary school teachers and today we remembered how basic and how profound it is to just breathe.
A newborn baby does not have to be taught how to take their first breath.
They embody innate knowing in action.
The ebb and flow of our breath mirror the waxing and waning of our moon.
Within every cycle, there is a return to equilibrium.
This is nature.
You are nature and you, too, are designed to return to balance.
From this even keel, you create space for your own sacred transformation to unfold.
Sometimes, you simply need to be in the present moment to remember the innate cyclical wisdom that you hold within.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
You tune into the wisdom of harmony.
There’s nothing major that you need to do to remember the wellspring of wisdom within. (Although reiki and sound therapy are wonderful for this!)
But sometimes, all you need to do is just breathe.
