Your Body of Water

You already know that the cycles of the moon affect the tides.

Throughout the globe, on new and full moons, the gravitational forces resulting from the alignment of the sun, moon, and Earth create the highest of high tides and the lowest of low tides.

There’s a significant and observable expansion in our water’s range of motion—from the massive oceans to large lakes and long rivers.

This intensified pulling of the tides happens throughout the waters of our planet.

But what if you remembered that you, too, are a body of water?

After all, you’re mostly made of water.

What if you noticed the subtle—or perhaps, not-so-subtle—shifts within that occur in tandem with our lunar cycles?

What if you could tap into your inner well of wisdom, which is so deeply interwoven in nature?

One thing I’ve noticed from years of paying attention to the rhythms of the moon, is that the full moon invites the tides within you to let go.

Let go of fear.

Let go of false beliefs that limit your expansion.

Let go of any patterns that are no longer in alignment.

In letting go, you create space for clarity.

You create space for self-compassion.

And you create space for joy.

The upcoming Full Moon in Aquarius is primed to help you create space for audaciously authentic alignment.

I hope to see you at one of my upcoming gatherings on the next full moon. Together, we’ll cultivate collective calm, self-trust, and joy.
